CoreWeave, Chirisa Technology Parks and Machine Investment Group announced more than 6 billion dollars of investment to convert a former R.R. Donnelley printing plant in Lancaster city into an AI data center. The initial plan is for 100 megawatts of capacity with room to grow to 300 megawatts, and CoreWeave would be the sole tenant. A second former Donnelley property on Harrisburg Pike is part of the same overall investment.
