Flexential is building a 192 million dollar, 249,000 square foot data center on 17 acres near the intersection of Compark Boulevard and South Chambers Road in Parker, drawing up to 22.5 megawatts from CORE Electric Cooperative. Douglas County commissioners approved a 19.3 million dollar tax rebate agreement for the project, which is expected to be one of the largest data centers in the Denver metro area and employ 30 to 50 workers once complete around January 2027. Some residents said on social media that they only learned of the project's scale after the incentive deal was already approved.
