HostDime is building SuperNova, a seven story, roughly 100,000 square foot Tier IV data center and company headquarters on a five acre parcel at 1 Innovative Place near Interstate 4 between Maitland and Eatonville in the Orlando area. The roughly 60 million dollar project broke ground with Robins & Morton as construction manager and was originally expected to open in early 2026, with more recent company updates pointing to a second quarter 2026 opening. The company says it will be the only enterprise grade Tier IV data center in Central Florida.
