Meta broke ground in February 2026 on a 10 billion dollar, 1,500 acre data center campus with 13 buildings, including 10 data center buildings, in the southern portion of the LEAP Innovation and Research District in Lebanon, west of Interstate 65 and bisected by State Road 32. The project is expected to support about 300 operational jobs and over 4,000 construction jobs at peak, with Meta paying full energy costs and donating 1 million dollars a year for 20 years to a local energy assistance fund.
