Meta Los Lunas Campus Expansion

Meta acquired nearly 500 acres adjacent to its existing Los Lunas data center campus in late 2025 for a two building, roughly 800 million dollar expansion. The Los Lunas Village Council approved the project partnership and tax incentives in March 2026, including a resolution allowing the village to issue up to six series of taxable industrial revenue bonds, and Meta is required to invest at least 350 million dollars into the expansion within ten years. PNM has separately filed for approval of new solar and battery storage projects, including Star Light, Windy Lane, and Four Mile, targeted for 2026 and 2027 to help serve the growing Los Lunas load.
