Prism Capital Partners won approval to build a major data center on an 11 acre parcel at the intersection of Kingsland Street and Cathedral Avenue within its 116 acre ON3 redevelopment, the former Hoffmann La Roche pharmaceutical campus in Nutley. The data center parcel replaces an earlier, contested plan for a truck depot that Prism withdrew after years of legal fighting with the township over the site. ON3 already hosts the Hackensack Meridian School of Medicine and corporate tenants including Ralph Lauren and Quest Diagnostics, supported by an onsite 10 megawatt hybrid power plant.
