Prologis proposed a 312 acre data center and technical campus on the south side of 32 Mile Road, between M-53 and Powell Road, in Washington Township, Macomb County. After months of resident pushback at packed zoning meetings, Prologis withdrew its application on May 19, 2026, saying it would wait for the township to finish writing data center rules first. The township board then passed a six month moratorium on new data center applications.
