Vantage Data Centers is building a 1,200 acre, 1.4 GW, ten building campus called Frontier in Shackelford County near Abilene, its largest investment to date at over 25 billion dollars. The project is tied to Oracle and OpenAI Stargate capacity, with liquid cooling for high density AI racks and the first building due in the second half of 2026.
