Idaho Premier Power and Data Centers ("The HUB Project", Bennett Ranch Industrial Campus)

Weitz and Company (Dan Weitz). Rumored

Developer Dan Weitz of Weitz and Company has proposed Idaho Premier Power and Data Centers, also called The HUB Project, four three story buildings totaling about 3.4 million square feet on the 250 acre Bennett Ranch Industrial Campus at 1190 West 5th North Street near the Mountain Home Municipal Airport. No land use application, conditional use permit, or building permit had been filed as of late October 2026, and data centers are not a permitted or conditional use under the city's current zoning code. After a packed public meeting, the Mountain Home City Council unanimously approved an emergency moratorium, good for up to 182 days under Idaho law, on accepting data center applications or issuing permits.
