Nebius Group, a Netherlands based AI infrastructure company with a reported 17 billion dollar computing supply deal with Microsoft, is building a 2.6 million square foot campus of six buildings in Vineland with DataOne handling construction, aiming for up to 300 megawatts of capacity in phases. As of September 2026 the site is under construction but has drawn two city stop work orders, a withdrawn state air permit application, and reports that dozens of backup generators had been running without permits. Nearby residents have also complained about a persistent humming noise from the site.
