In Tulsa County

Under construction MW not reported Owasso

Project Clydesdale is a 506 acre data center campus in unincorporated Tulsa County just west of Owasso, next to the Cherokee Industrial Park. Google confirmed it is the company behind the project after the Tulsa County Board of Commissioners voted 3 to 0 to approve the project plan and tax increment financing districts, and Beale Infrastructure broke ground in October 2025 backed by at least 700 million dollars in private investment per phase. Residents raised concerns about electricity rates, water use, and environmental impact during the approval process.

Under construction MW not reported Tulsa

Meta is building an AI focused data center campus called Project Anthem on more than 340 acres in the Fair Oaks area of east Tulsa, with more than 2 million square feet planned. Construction began around April 21, 2026, and the project is expected to create about 100 permanent jobs once operational by 2028. Local coverage has grouped Anthem alongside several other Tulsa area data center proposals as part of a wider construction wave in northeastern Oklahoma.

Approved MW not reported Sand Springs

Google and Dallas developer White Rose Partners are behind Project Spring, a proposed data center on 827 acres along Oklahoma 97 near 56th Street North in Sand Springs. The city council approved rezoning the land from agriculture to light industrial with a planned unit development overlay at a special meeting in February 2026, with construction proposed to start in 2027 and finish by 2029. The project faces two lawsuits, one alleging the city improperly annexed the site and another alleging a 2013 conservation easement on the land bars industrial development, plus a recall effort against the city council.
