Beale Infrastructure, the same developer behind Project Clydesdale, is proposing Project Mustang, up to three air cooled data center buildings at the Claremore Industrial Park in Rogers County. The Claremore City Council voted in May 2026 to approve an incentive district for the project after residents packed city hall to debate jobs, taxes, and neighborhood impact. Power would come through the City of Claremore, a wholesale customer of Grand River Dam Authority, with Beale funding transmission upgrades and a new substation, and the first phase is projected to go live in 2028.
