Aerotropolis Logistics Center (Aurora Highlands data center)

Aerotropolis Industrial Development. Filed

Aerotropolis Industrial Development has submitted a development application to Aurora for an 11-building, roughly 1 million square foot data center campus on about 500 acres just east of the Aurora Highlands master-planned community, bounded by East 48th Avenue, East 26th Avenue, Aerotropolis Parkway and Monaghan Road near Denver International Airport. This is a second major data center proposal under city review in the same part of Aurora, alongside Vantage's nearby Trident project, and as of early October 2026 it had not yet been scheduled for a city council hearing. The developer did not respond to reporter inquiries about water or electricity needs for the project.
