AIB Data Centers Tyger River AI Conversion (Nebius)
AIB Data Centers. Filed, 50 MW
AIB Data Centers, formerly BV Power Alpha's One Blockchain bitcoin mining operation at the Tyger River Industrial Park in Moore, announced on October 13, 2026 that it will convert the site into a 50 megawatt AI data center. AIB signed a 12 year colocation agreement, with two possible 5 year renewals, to supply the capacity to Dutch AI cloud provider Nebius, targeting completion by the end of 2027. The site keeps its existing 65 megawatt electric service agreement with Lockhart Power and stays under Spartanburg County's 65 megawatt moratorium exemption threshold for former industrial and mining sites; AIB voluntarily gave up tax incentives the crypto mining operation had received in 2022, which county officials accepted.
