Arevia Power Data Center Land Option (Northwest Lincoln)

Arevia Power. Rumored

Nevada based Arevia Power, through an entity called Coffee Grounds Data LLC, has taken a four year purchase option on more than 560 acres near West McKelvie Road on the northwest edge of Lincoln in Lancaster County. Arevia's chief development officer described the move as an early stage site diligence process with no development plan yet determined, and no megawatt figure, zoning application, or end user has been disclosed. The option is separate from the much larger Tenaska and Google backed data center proposal that has optioned land elsewhere in Lancaster County, and Lancaster County has formed a 13 member task force this fall to study data center land use rules.
