Developers Jim Marzolino and Alpesh Patel had proposed a four building, 209 acre data center campus in Blakely borough, with each building around 150,000 square feet. After the borough rejected a request for an extra public meeting and more than 1,800 residents signed a petition against the project, the developers withdrew their proposal and a scheduled zoning hearing was canceled.
