Bristolville 25 Lordstown Data Center

Bristolville 25 Developer LLC. On hold

Bristolville 25 Developer LLC bought land from BHGH Properties in February 2025 along Reuther Drive in Lordstown, Trumbull County, planning a $3.6 billion campus of four three story data centers that would also extend into neighboring Jackson Township in Mahoning County. After the developer submitted a draft site plan in October 2025, Lordstown's planning administrator told the company a data center ban was pending, and the village council adopted that ban weeks later before converting it to a moratorium. The Ohio Supreme Court ruled unanimously on October 20, 2026 that Lordstown has no legal duty to keep reviewing the site plan because Bristolville had not completed all the steps required to apply for a zoning permit before the ban took effect, leaving the project on hold while the village moratorium remains in place.
