Camelback Creek / Balterra Mixed-Use Development (film studio and data center campus)

Arizona Land Consulting. Approved

Arizona Land Consulting, led by Anita Verma-Lallian, won Maricopa County Board of Supervisors rezoning approval on September 2, 2026 for two adjoining west valley sites near North 411th Avenue in Tonopah, Camelback Creek and Balterra, totaling about 893 acres. The planned 6 to 10 billion dollar mixed-use development combines a data center campus with a movie production studio, amusement park, hotels, retail, warehouse and multifamily housing; no square footage or megawatt figure for the data center component has been disclosed. This is a separate site from the previously approved 638-acre Tonopah Data Center Campus near 491st Avenue and Thomas Road, and power and water plans for the new site remain unclear.
