Comfort Technology Park on about 130 acres north of Indianapolis Regional Airport. At full buildout the project would include multiple two-story buildings totaling four million square feet of leasable space, developed in phases between 2027 and 2030, under Hancock County's new data center overlay district that requires Industrial General zoning and county commissioner sign-off.
