Lincoln Property Company acquired a partially occupied 191,000 square foot data center on 14.5 acres at 2500 West Frye Road in Chandler's Price Road tech corridor and is upgrading it, targeting an initial 4.2 megawatts online in early 2026. The company is converting the mechanical system from evaporative to air cooling, which it says could save up to 3 million gallons of city water per month.
