Pacifico Data Center & Power Plant (Earl Callahan Road)
Pacifico Energy (filed as Pacifico CCK Energy 1 LLC). On hold. 490 MW.
Pacifico Energy filed plans with Texas regulators for a 2,842 acre data center campus on Earl Callahan Road in Cedar Creek, paired with its own 710 megawatt natural gas power plant to supply about 490 megawatts of compute load, a power investment reported near 2.2 billion dollars. In late September 2026, after Governor Greg Abbott directed the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to stop issuing air permits for data center projects pending an ERCOT and TCEQ audit, TCEQ staff told local activists the Pacifico air permit registration (Project 413471) is affected by the pause, though the public TCEQ file still listed the application as pending with no formal written order specific to Pacifico as of early October 2026.

What it would mean nearby
The cooling design has not been reported. If it uses evaporative cooling, a 490 MW facility would draw roughly 1.6 million to 5.6 million gallons of water a day, about what 17,900 households use.
