A 959 million dollar, 180 megawatt data center on about 35 acres at 4350 Tanners Church Road in Ellenwood, Clayton County. The Board of Commissioners approved the site plan 3-1 in October 2024 despite opposition from eight residents over traffic, noise, water and school impacts, and the Development Authority of Clayton County approved a 10-year property tax abatement package in June 2025. The project is expected to be operational by the end of 2026 and create about 700 temporary construction jobs and roughly 60 permanent positions.
