Colorado based Tract acquired 1,515 acres near Uhland in Caldwell County in May 2025 and expanded the site to nearly 3,000 acres by January 2026. The Caldwell Valley Technology Park master plan calls for up to 4 gigawatts of capacity at full build out, with an initial 360 megawatt phase targeted for energization in the first quarter of 2028.
