Prime Data Centers is developing two buildings, AUS01 and AUS02, totaling about 760,000 square feet near Maxwell in Caldwell County outside Austin and Lockhart, each roughly 380,000 square feet, with construction starting mid 2026 for a planned September 2027 completion.
Colorado based Tract acquired 1,515 acres near Uhland in Caldwell County in May 2025 and expanded the site to nearly 3,000 acres by January 2026. The Caldwell Valley Technology Park master plan calls for up to 4 gigawatts of capacity at full build out, with an initial 360 megawatt phase targeted for energization in the first quarter of 2028.
