Denver-based Tract filed a pre-application in June 2026 for a 900 megawatt, 871-acre data center campus along Patterson Avenue in eastern Goochland County, the first project proposed under the county's new Technology Overlay District. It borders the Mosaic 55-plus community and has drawn organized resident opposition.
