What actually triggers an email?

A status change on a tracked project, a hearing getting scheduled, a comment deadline opening, or a new filing appearing within 25 miles of your address. Nothing else.

How is this different from the address report?

The address report is a one time deep dive on one address, done once, with noise, water, and power bill estimates. Address Watch is the ongoing part: it keeps watching that same address and emails you only when something changes. Buying a report includes the first year of Address Watch for that address.

How do I cancel?

From the link in any Address Watch email, any time.

Does this cover my state?
