AVAIO Digital Partners announced Avaio Digital Leo, a 760 acre AI ready data center and power campus off Interstate 530 in Pulaski County, described as the largest economic investment in Arkansas history. The first phase carries a 6 billion dollar price tag with construction scheduled to begin in early 2026 and initial operation by June 2027, and the company says full buildout could exceed 21 billion dollars and grow power demand from an initial 150 megawatts contracted with Entergy Arkansas to as much as 1 gigawatt. The project is expected to create more than 500 permanent jobs over five years plus thousands of construction jobs.
