Beltline Energy Frisco Road Data Center (West OKC/Yukon)

Beltline Energy. Filed

Atlanta based Beltline Energy is proposing a roughly 295 acre data center on two parcels at 3025 North Frisco Road and 13921 Northwest 23rd Street in far west Oklahoma City, in Canadian County about half a mile west of Yukon. The Oklahoma City Planning Commission recommended the rezoning in January 2026, and the Oklahoma City Council approved two related rezoning requests in separate 6 to 3 votes on October 27, 2026, with conditions capping water use and noise. The developer reportedly dropped an earlier water cooled design in favor of air cooling after resident pushback, and officials say a community benefits agreement and building permits are still required before construction can begin.
