Beltline Energy Piedmont Data Center Campus

Beltline Energy. Filed

Atlanta based Beltline Energy, which is also pursuing data center sites in Luther and far west Oklahoma City, is proposing a second Piedmont area campus of about 640 acres with as many as 19 potential buildings in Canadian County. On October 26, 2026 the Piedmont City Council approved an amended master design statement for the project and sent it back to the Planning and Zoning Commission for a special meeting on November 17, 2026, ahead of a further City Council review. The project has not received final zoning or annexation approval and is separate from Cloverleaf Infrastructure's nearby Project Open Sky campus.
