Monroe County, GA
Forsyth Technology Campus
Trammell Crow Company. Approved.
CBRE-owned Trammell Crow Company won rezoning from the City of Forsyth (Monroe County, not to be confused with Forsyth County near Atlanta) for a hyperscale data center campus on about 1,600 acres of timberland along Johnsonville, Smith and Collier roads west of I-75. The city council approved the rezoning 5 to 1 in early 2026 over the objections of many residents and its own planning board, citing an estimated 220 million dollars a year in local tax revenue at full 12 million square foot buildout. This project is separate from the nearby Rumble Technology Park.
