Through its subsidiary Jimnist LLC, Meta paid about 70 million dollars in February 2025 for two additional land parcels near Blaine Avenue East and 145th Street, adjacent to its existing campus. The company has not published a public site plan for the new parcels, but the purchase is described as providing long term flexibility for future growth of the Rosemount facility beyond its original footprint.
