Project Pegasus (Coweta County, T5)
T5@Atlanta IV, LP. Filed.
T5@Atlanta IV, LP has proposed Project Pegasus, a seven building, 2.95 million square foot data center campus valued at about 1.5 billion dollars on 200 acres at Weldon Road and Palmetto-Tyrone Road in Coweta County. A Development of Regional Impact report was completed in February 2024, but the property still needs to be rezoned from rural conservation and no public hearing had been scheduled as of the most recent reporting found. This is a separate, smaller project from the unrelated Project Pegasus data center Google is building near LaGrange in Troup County.
