Prologis L.P.. Approved.

Prologis proposed an 18 building, 540 acre data center campus at the southeast corner of Galena Road and Eldamain Road in Yorkville, on unincorporated farmland. The Yorkville City Council approved Project Steel alongside the larger Project Cardinal on March 13, 2026 after a nearly six hour meeting, with the two projects together committing about 91 million dollars upfront, including 68.25 million dollars for the local school district.
