Stack Infrastructure agreed to buy nearly 3,000 acres at the Berry Hill Megasite for about 720 million dollars, with Danville and Pittsylvania County leaders touting a 73 billion dollar, 30-year build-out and about 2,050 direct jobs. The megasite was moved into Appalachian Power's service territory to support the load. A construction start date has not been set.
