DAMAC Digital Solution Ohio LLC, a Dubai based company, purchased eight parcels for 36.5 million dollars in December 2025 and is planning a data center of more than one billion dollars on about 85 acres northeast of Trump Avenue SE and Orchardview Drive SE in Canton, a separate site from Corscale's Millerton Street proposal nearby. The company held a community forum on July 14, 2026 and expects construction to start in 2026 with a first building operational in early 2028, but it remains unresolved whether Canton's new citywide data center zoning ordinance, adopted July 27, 2026 on an 8 to 3 council vote, applies to this already annexed site. No final customer or operator has been publicly identified.
