Project Shelby is a proposed roughly 320 megawatt, four building data center campus on the former Ford property near Marietta Avenue NE and Georgetown Road NE in Canton, a different site from the existing Millerton Street and Orchardview Drive proposal already tracked in Stark County. The developer, Panattoni Development Co, is the same firm behind the already approved Perry Township Faircrest project but this is a separate site and filing. No formally filed zoning application has been confirmed and no end user or tenant has been publicly disclosed as of early September 2026.
