Panattoni Development Co. purchased a 100 acre property near Faircrest Street SW and Kropf Avenue SW in Perry Township for a proposed 240 megawatt hyperscale data center, expected to be the largest taxpayer in Stark County. The Stark County Regional Planning Commission has approved the project and it is moving ahead, generating an estimated 670 construction jobs.
