Switch's second Georgia hyperscale campus, a $772 million, 126 acre development in Cartersville on the former Carter Grove site, which the city rezoned to a Technology District. The first data center building, about 1,620 feet long, came online in the second quarter of 2026, with two more buildings under construction as part of a master plan that could extend through 2046. It is projected to generate roughly 15 million dollars a year in local tax revenue once built out.
