CloudBurst Data Centers is developing a 200 megawatt flagship campus of at least three buildings near South Council Road and Southwest 29th Street in southwest Oklahoma City, with N plus 1 redundancy for high density computing. The campus was set to break ground in the fourth quarter of 2025 and is expected to be fully operational by 2028, though local reporting says construction timing has been affected by Oklahoma City's data center moratorium.

Atlanta based Beltline Energy has proposed a roughly 400 acre data center near the OG&E Red Bud power plant in Luther, one of several sites the company is pursuing along the same transmission corridor as related proposals in Piedmont and Yukon. Beltline asked Luther officials to sign a non disclosure agreement about the project, which the town board did not approve, and the town later adopted a moratorium on new data centers through the end of 2026, effectively pausing the proposal.
